Nathan Roschek is a seasoned and skilled entrepreneur with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience.
This experience includes ownership of a diverse portfolio of local small businesses. Nathan grew up in the
Kalamazoo, MI area where he attended Hackett Catholic Preparatory School and continued his education at
Western Michigan University where he graduated with a degree in Engineering. Nathan resides in Kalamazoo, Michigan with his wife and
two children. He also finds fulfillment in mentoring young athletes as a coach for Red Arrow Soccer League. His extensive knowledge and credibility have helped him make a lasting impact with his customers and in the local
community.

Aaron Treloar graduated from Western Michigan University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Since graduating he has also been involved in real estate in one form or another and continues to work and invest primarily in real estate related ventures to this day. As an owner-operator of several small business, he understands the importance of effective and efficient communication and high-quality service. In his free time, he enjoys playing steel-tip darts, birdwatching and photography – among many other hobbies collected over the years!
