Welcome to Whiskey Run Storage. We are glad you are here and we want you to be glad you’re here. Chances are you ended up on our website because you are looking for a new storage unit near Paw Paw, Gobles, Mattawan or Kalamazoo, Michigan. Maybe you just have a question about storage units. While you can definitely lease a new storage unit from us, you can also learn about storage units here.

Whiskey Run Storage has been in the works for a couple of years. The idea for Whiskey Run Storage was born over drinks with our wives (yes, whiskey was likely involved). We started this project in the fall of 2019, navigating the design and early development processes and township approvals. We won’t bore you with those details here but that may be the topic of a future post…

This site has two purposes:

First – we want you to get your questions answered. Not just answered but really answered. With real world examples by real people doing real things in places you can actually see and touch. Our goal is to be the most comprehensive storage unit knowledge base on the internet. The people you will meet are actually us – not some person in a cubicle making content for X-number of different companies all day. You get it, we get it, ’nuff said.

Second – yes, you can lease a storage unit from us. As this site develops we are going to put as much of the leasing process as possible online. We want this to be EASY for YOU. Unit prices, unit sizes and unit availability will all be visible to you when you visit.

So – What is a storage unit?

A dictionary-type definition might sound something like this: “a building, or space in a building, where property may be stored.”
